4. Client Responsibilities
Clients utilizing our systems or cloud environments are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and securing access endpoints. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and refrain from uploading harmful files, initiating denial-of-service attempts, or executing network disruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Amlak Al Arabia be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of business profits, data, or operational interruptions) arising out of the use of our services, except to the extent guaranteed under a specific signed contract SLA.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.
